Susanna Calkins, Murder Knocks Twice and Renee Rosen, Park Avenue Summer

Susanna Calkins writes historical mysteries–her first series is set in 17th c London, and her new Speakeasy Murders are set in 1929 Chicago. Holding a PhD in history, she is an educator at Northwestern University. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she lives outside Chicago now with her husband two sons.

Renee Rosen is the bestselling author of historical fiction, including Park Avenue Summer, Windy City Blues, White Collar Girl, What the Lady Wants & Dollface. She lives in Chicago and is at work on a new novel, The Social Graces (Coming in 2021 from Penguin Random House/Berkley).
