Join Music Director Jermaine Hill and cast members Geoff Packard (Harold Hill) and Monica West (Marian Paroo) for a taste of this joyous musical masterpiece for the whole family. Hailed as “one of the sunniest musicals ever” (New York Times), The Music Man includes memorable favorites “Goodnight My Someone,” “Seventy-Six Trombones,” “Gary, Indiana” and “Till There Was You.”
Jermaine Hill’s recent Chicago credits include Too Heavy for Your Pocket (TimeLine Theatre); The Total Bent (Haven Theatre); Nell Gwynn, Madagascar (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); Memphis with Porchlight Music Theatre (Black Theatre Alliance Award – Best Musical Direction) and Ragtime (Griffin Theatre).
Geoff Packard’s previous credits include The Jungle Book and Candide (Goodman Theatre). Broadway credits include Bandstand, Matilda, Rock of Ages and Phantom of the Opera. Regional theater credits include work at the Old Globe, Papermill Playhouse, Arena Stage, Shakespeare Theatre Company, Ford’s Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre Company, Signature Theatre and more.
Monica West’s Chicago credits include Eastland, Moby Dick (Lookingglass Theatre Company). Off-Broadway credits include work with Roundabout Theatre Company and Barrow Street Theatre. West originated the role of Baby in Dirty Dancing at Toronto’s Royal Alexandra Theatre. Regional credits include work with Guthrie Theater and Actors Theatre of Louisville.
