Marco Escalante is a Peruvian writer born in 1968. He has lived in Chicago since 1991. He is the author of Malabarismos del tedio, published by Siete Vientos Press in 2013. Currently, he coordinates the editorial project Residuos, in partnership with Contratiempo Magazine.
