A yoga teacher, writer, digital strategist, and activist. Kali discovered Mindfulness at sixteen and utilized it to peel away at her unresolved trauma. Through Social Media, Kali built a following sharing this process of her healing Yoga practice and writing surrounding mindful healing. In her spare time, she volunteers in the Detroit community in mutual aid programs, community organizing, and teaches Yoga to assault survivors who share similar stories as hers. She is passionate about connecting people back to themselves in all forms of mediums.
