With a nearly 30-year career in our culturally rich city – where she was born and raised – Heather’s experiences have included leadership and management with some of the Chicago’s foremost institutions including the South Side Community Art Center, the Beverly Arts Center, as well as After School Matters, Gallery 37, The Chicago Park District and Marwen. She currently serves as the Executive DIrector for the Jazz Institute of Chicago.

Heather also writes and produces children’s plays, arts workshops and theatre curriculum. She includes the Goodman, Redmoon, MPAACT, Pegasus Players and NBC’s ER among her acting credits.
