billy lombardo is the author of The Logic of a Rose: Chicago Stories, The Man with Two Arms, Morning Will Come, and Meanwhile, Roxy Mourns. A Nelson Algren award winner, billy is the founder of Polyphony Lit, a student-run literary magazine for high school writers and editors. He teaches high school in River Forest and a fiction writing workshop for Northwestern University’s MFA in Prose and Poetry and MA in Writing programs. There’s no real gauge for this measurement, but he may be the best college essay coach in the world. His most recent book is The C.A.P.E. Crusade: Your Guide to a Great College Application Personal Essay.
